We offer a very comprehensive service covering all pests from Fleas to Foxes. Unfortunately we do not do Woodworm. Please refer to the specific pest sections to learn about a particular pests biology, habits and risks associated with that pest. You will also be informed of the type of treatment you are likely to receive and how long it is likely to take to rid your dwelling of the unwanted guest. We are aware of environmental issues and always use the method that is least detrimental to the environment, yet still efficient and cost effective. In some cases we are even able to use NON TOXIC METHODS.
In smaller premises we are happy to come along on an as and when basis when you need us. In larger properties you may wish to take out a contract with us where for a fixed yearly price we will come out at regular intervals to monitor and to treat for pests and to prevent infestations from becoming established.
Our basic contract covers Rats & Mice and normally consists of six inspection visits per year, plus any treatment found necessary at those times. To protect children, pets and non target species, permanent non spill tamper proof bait stations would be sited in and around the premises and checked and replenished at the time of the visit. A treatment record book would be left on site and any treatments or recomendations would be recorded in the book by our technician at the time of his visit. The householder would also be informed verbally of any proofing or house keeping advice that would make things more difficult for pests. A further feature enables the customer to call us out at no extra cost should an infestation be discovered between visits. Other pests such as wasps, moles flies and ants etc, would be treated but charged as extras, but we have varying discounts for our contract customers
Obviously no two contracts will be the same, so after a thorough survey, your contract will be designed to suit your needs. If for example you were only troubled by mice in the loft in the winter, it may only be necessary for you to have quarterly visits. However should you live next door to a chicken farm then your premises are at a high level of risk and you could need eight visits per year or even monthly visits. You may also wish to include other pests in your contract if for example you always get ants in the summer, or cluster flies in the autumn
